DEID™ (Dynamic Energetic Intuitive Design)

Integrates interior design with intuitive insight that creates a higher state of consciousness, awareness and understanding of one's surroundings. Commercial and Residential Design

First we meet with the client to assess the space with before photos and learn what the client’s wants and needs are for the project. Next we create a plan and a cost estimate with sketches of ideas, detailed drawings, illustrations, artwork, and or blueprints, and storyboard if requested by client.

After the plan is approved we identify the specific materials to be used: Accessories, colors, flooring, furniture, and lighting. Coordination of the look with the contractors, electricians, carpenters, and other members of the design team is the next crucial task for the head designer. Arranging for showroom shopping trips to the Design Centers and assisting with their selection of items for the project helps to keep the excitement building for the client. Jemeyson Interiors takes pride in being able to easily collaborative with the team while paying extra attention to every detail of the project. Having constant communication with the client is of upmost importance to us. Our client satisfaction is an integral part of each of our projects. Time-management skills are definitely a must in determining the project timeline in the final step. Many times we as the designers have to oversee construction contractors with their delivery dates because they are not always congruent with the clients.

When the final stage of the project is nearing the end we then pull everything together with a total staging and fluffing. At last we have completed the project and waiting for the stamp of approval from the client. Now, we are ready for our after production photos. At Jemeyson Interiors, one of our main goals is to have our clients feel that the design process is something that is fun, enjoyable, and rewarding from beginning to end.

Project Management

After the approved plan for the project is in place, then the client may choose to manage this themselves, or contract Jemeyson Interiors to manage it for them. We will then manage it day by day to meet the specific deadlines accurately. Responsiblities include reviewing the progress of the contractor’s, championing the client’s requirements, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring construction documents are in place such as permits, code review and compliance.  Jemeyson Interiors coordinates the design team with a collaborative leadership style, which puts value on relationships both internal and external as well as ensures high quality design.

Remote Design Coaching

Using the technology of the Internet, Jemeyson Interiors can assist clients remotely with their interior design plans. Our process is very simple and to the point. We initially send an email questionnaire to the client to help us tune in on their immediate needs. After reviewing the completed client’s questionnaire we arrange to have a one on one consultation via the Internet. During the consultation the client can direct the designer to look at various furniture and accessories selections, colors, or floor plans to arrange furniture placement. When the design plan requires more attention such as reconfiguration of rooms and alternations of the space, then an onsite visit might be recommended to finalize the design. This would be a discussion prior to initial consultation of the remote design coaching contract.

Home Staging / Home Fluffing

HOME STAGING -Transforming your empty home to look luxurious, lived in, and enticing for buyers are just a few of the many tasks that Jemeyson Interiors takes on when we become your staging professionals. Having style and sophistication that intuitively feels right is the extra step taken to ensure that your home will stand out among the others on the MLS listings. Twenty years of experience in the real estate industry and designing homes on the West and East Coasts guarantees our clients that we have our pulse on what is important in the staging process. We want our final design to appeal to the prospective buyer. It’s important for our clients to know that they don’t go through this process of staging their home alone. Our team of designers walk through their empty house with creative, imaginative, and inspirational ideas reassuring the client that we have their best interests in mind at all times.

HOME FLUFFING- Utilizing existing client’s furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, and accessories and incorporating added pieces of interest or flair to update the look is called “fluffing” the home. We know at Jemeyson Interiors that purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments for our clients. That’s why it is our goal to assist our clients to receive the maximum return on their property by having it properly staged or fluffed by true professionals that have the knowledge in both worlds of real estate and design. Our statistics have shown us that our homes sell 80% faster and 20% higher than un-staged or un-fluffed homes.
